We are please to have both Manvi and Nandika Bhatt join the Youth Orchestra during Term 1 this year. Two welcome additions to the string section!!

Manvi Writes ” My name is Manvi Bhatt and I play the violin. I have recently moved to Hawkes Bay with my family. I started learning the violin for fun in primary school when I was living in the UK and later joined the Bath Intermediate String Orchestra for a few years until I moved to New Zealand. Although the Violin I sometimes a challenging instrument to learn  I enjoy playing  it, it’s very interesting and fun. I ‘m looking forward to playing with the HBOS Youth Orchestra and developing new skills.

Nandika writes ” My name is Nandika Bhatt, I play the violin and have recently joined the Hawkes Bay Youth Orchestra after moving with my family from Palmerston North where I played in various school and regional orchestras.  I’m looking forward to the opportunities in the year ahead.
